Gentle, enjoyable exercise to music for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities including dementia. Suitable for wheelchair users. Mainly chair-based with optional standing and includes the use of some sensory props and handheld musical instruments.

A fun, modern dance class for little ones – no experience necessary, just enthusiasm! The class aims to develop confidence, coordination and rhythm.
